First, download full PDF here. Print double-sided as big as possible and make as many copies as you’d like. Trim the white edges if you want to be fancy about it. Then fold in half and cut along the dotted line in the middle of the page. Cut only where you see the dotted line, not all the way across. Fold it in half hotdog style and sit it on the table like a tent so the mini pages are all right side up (with the line you just cut on top). Fold it together and then crease the middle pages so they make sense. More instructions here.
